Privacy policy

This site (pb.hil8nc.com) runs leagues, tournaments and membership records for the Fauquier County Pickleball Association (FCPA). This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• From your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft or an email link): your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your password.
• What you enter: name, mobile phone, DUPR ID, gender and birth year (optional; used for women's, men's and senior leagues), and notification preferences.
• What happens on the site: league and tournament registrations, weekly sign-ups, group assignments, match scores and confirmations, and membership dues status.

How we use it

• To run FCPA leagues and tournaments: checking eligibility, forming groups, keeping standings.
• To send you league notices on the site and, if you allow it, by email.
• To let league coordinators reach you about your group.
• To track membership dues.

Who sees it

• Other members see your name, DUPR rating, groups and results for leagues you play in. Your email, phone and birth year are visible only to FCPA admins and your league coordinators.
• DUPR: match results for DUPR-rated leagues and tournaments are sent to DUPR with the players' DUPR IDs so ratings update.
• Service providers that host and operate the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery).
• We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can update your profile and turn off email notifications at any time from your profile page. To have your account and data deleted, contact FCPA at fauquierpickleball@gmail.com. Match results already submitted to DUPR are kept by DUPR under its own policy.
